Stuart Ralls is a single handed practitioner who believes in putting the client first and aims to make your visit as stress free as possible, seeing the same dentist every time ensuring continuity of care and the same friendly smiling face at every visit.
We are a family based practice seeing both adults and children on a private basis.
We have ground floor facilities with an entrance ramp and rail leading in from street level. Ground floor toilet facilities are available.
We currently have room on our list for new clients.
We would like to encourage children from an early age to look after their teeth and so those children whose parents/guardians regularly attend the practice are seen at a discounted private rate. See Treatment Options for fee structure.
Coffee and magazines to read are available whilst you wait.
We keep a small amount of stock available for your convenience at competitive rates.
From 1st April 2011 the Practice registered with the Care Quality Commission for England and Wales and successfully passed our inspection in 2013.
We would like to encourage you to attend at least once a year for an examination appointment, although for most we recommend six monthly visit in order to maintain a healthy oral hygiene routine.
We will keep you on our current list for up to two years, however, we will retain your records for at least 11 years after your last visit or if a child when you last visited up to the age of 25.
Many of our clients are extremely nervous. Indeed many found the thought of booking an appointment terrifying, however, with care and patience we have helped most to conquer their fears and even look forward to visiting us. If you are nervous please do mention it to our receptionists who can always try and book your appointment with your needs in mind e.g. at the beginning of a surgery session so that the wait is minimal.
If you or a member of your family has special needs please call the practice to discuss your individual dental needs. We have a number of client's with Special Needs including those with Autism, who have, with patience, been encouraged to sit on the dental chair and to allow Stuart to examine their teeth. It may take several visits but with time and patience we have had some remarkable results.
