Nervous Clients Welcome

Stuart qualified from University College London, Dental School in 1988. He went on to study Fixed Orthodontics at the RUH, Bath.  He is happy to offer simple fixed orthodontics at his practice.  He is GDC registered – 63108. Stuart met Nicola at University and they have 3 grown up sons.  Stuart’s main hobby is Photography and in his spare time can be found behind the lens at Weddings and other events.  

Nicola, our Practice Manager, CQC registered Manager and Part time dental nurse is married to Stuart. She met Stuart at University and they have 3 sons. Nicola qualified as a Dental Nurse in 2019, (GDC 282466) and works chairside one day a week. When not running a busy Dental Practice she enjoys looking after their first Grandson. Please feel free to contact Nicola through reception, she is always happy to help.

Sue joined the practice in 2005 as receptionist and is now our head nurse working with Stuart in the surgery 3 days a week.  She qualified as a Dental Nurse – GDC registered (247274).

Jill started off as a patient at the practice, she can be found in reception three days a week. 


Louise, joined the practice at the end of 2024 and works part time in reception Wednesdays and Thursdays. As well as her reception duties she is training to be our Decontamination technician.


We subscribe to a Dental compliance program, Right Path 4, which provides us with the tools necessary to keep up to date with current guidance, changing regulations and education.  Clinical staff follow a strict regime of annual validation and five yearly Continuing Professional Development and mandatory insurance.  All staff annually train in Resuscitation and Medical Emergencies, and at appropriate intervals we have all undertaken training in Safeguarding Adults and Vulnerable Children, Autism awareness, Sepsis, GDPR, Consent, and Health and Safety.  Clinical staff also train in Infection Prevention and Control, Radiography, legal and ethical issues to name a few. We also carry out audits throughout the year to ensure continued compliance and maintain the highest possible standards.
